Review of destination itinerary, activities planned, previous vaccine records, recommended vaccines and first injection fee is waived.

Review of vaccine records, required vaccines for employment or education purposes. Certain laboratory values may be ordered and included. Vaccine cost is separate. One injection will be waived.
